About Dr. Dorine Fobi-Takusi

From my humble beginnings in Bamenda, Cameroon, to executive leadership across U.S. healthcare, pharmaceutical, and financial sectors, my journey has been one of purpose, perseverance, and passion for transformation. I am committed to helping people feel better, grow stronger, and lead with clarity—both personally and professionally.

After immigrating to the United States, I earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mercer University—completing both degrees while eight months pregnant. That experience ignited my lifelong commitment to excellence, resilience, and results. Since then, I’ve served as a manager, director, regional leader, and Vice President—driving growth, compliance, and innovation across multi-state healthcare operations.

For more than 20 years, I’ve held leadership positions across major hospitals and healthcare systems, including Johns Hopkins University Hospital. I’ve built thriving teams, developed successful leaders, and implemented sustainable systems that have improved patient outcomes, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
